These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Homecura’s website and residential pest control/disinfection services. By booking, requesting consultation, or using this website, you agree to these Terms and any service-specific instructions communicated by Homecura.

2. Service Scope

Homecura provides services according to the package or scope confirmed at booking. Scope may include inspection, treatment, follow-up guidance, and preventive recommendations. The exact method, material, and visit plan may vary based on site conditions and technician assessment.

Unless expressly committed in writing, Homecura does not guarantee elimination timelines for severe or recurring infestations in a single visit.

3. Bookings and Appointment Confirmation

  • Appointments are scheduled based on technician availability and service area coverage.
  • A booking is considered confirmed only after Homecura sends confirmation via call, SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
  • Estimated time windows may shift due to traffic, weather, prior site complexity, or emergency call-outs.

4. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure safe and effective service, you agree to:

  • provide accurate address, contact, and service-related details;
  • ensure timely and safe access to the premises;
  • inform us of children, elderly occupants, pets, allergies, respiratory sensitivities, and relevant medical or environmental concerns before treatment;
  • follow all pre-service and post-service instructions (including ventilation, cleaning intervals, and restricted area guidance);
  • secure valuables, food items, and sensitive equipment as advised.

5. Access and No-Access Situations

If service cannot be started or completed because the site is inaccessible, unsafe, locked, or not prepared as instructed, the visit may be treated as attempted and may be rescheduled with additional charges where applicable.

6. Pricing and Payments

  • Fees are communicated at quotation/booking stage based on scope, property size, and service category.
  • Applicable taxes, platform charges, or travel surcharges (if any) are disclosed before final confirmation where feasible.
  • Payment timelines (advance/full/on-completion) follow the agreed package terms.

7. Safety and Product Use

Homecura uses operational protocols intended for residential environments, subject to proper use and compliance with instructions. You acknowledge that treatment outcomes and safety depend on accurate disclosure, site hygiene, structural factors, and adherence to technician guidance.

8. Outcome Limitations

Pest behavior is influenced by factors beyond Homecura’s direct control, including neighbouring infestations, structural defects, water leakage, sanitation conditions, weather, and third-party interventions. Accordingly:

  • service performance may vary by infestation type and severity;
  • repeat or phased treatment may be required;
  • preventive compliance by occupants remains essential for sustained control.

9. Warranty / Re-service (if offered)

Any re-service period or coverage is valid only when specifically stated in writing or invoice terms and may be subject to inspection findings, compliance checks, and exclusions for external re-infestation sources.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Homecura is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Homecura’s aggregate liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Homecura is not liable where loss/damage arises from:

  • customer non-compliance with instructions;
  • concealed conditions, pre-existing defects, or structural vulnerabilities;
  • acts/omissions of third parties;
  • force majeure events, including natural calamities and government restrictions.

11. Communication Consent

By sharing contact details, you consent to service-related communication through call, SMS, email, or messaging applications for booking, reminders, follow-up, feedback, and grievance handling. Marketing communication preferences can be managed by requesting opt-out where applicable.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding elements, logos, text, and graphics are owned by or licensed to Homecura. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit website content without prior written consent.

13. Privacy

Personal data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable Indian law.

14. Suspension or Refusal of Service

Homecura reserves the right to refuse, pause, or discontinue service in situations involving safety risk, abusive conduct, legal non-compliance, or material misrepresentation of service conditions.

15. Changes to Terms

Homecura may update these Terms from time to time. Revised Terms become effective upon publication on the website with updated date reference unless otherwise stated.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Kerala.
